Getting Started At CFC
We make it as easy as possible to get your CrossFit training started. Your first step is to come in and get to know us. Choosing a CrossFit gym is very much like choosing a new family; we want to make sure we’re a good match!
STEP 1: Create your CFC profile.
Everyone’s first class at CFC is free, but you’ll need to complete this step first. There’s no cost and no obligation for doing this. We just need some basic info.
STEP 2: Book and attend your free class.
There’s only one way to find out if CrossFit Chamblee is for you, and that’s to come check it out.
First Time CrossFitters
We offer a FREE Intro to CrossFit class every Saturday at 11AM. We’ll explain the CrossFit method, learn a few important movements, do a short workout, and then hang out so you can ask whatever questions you might have. This class is an hour long, and we ask that you try to arrive 10 minutes early.
What to expect in your Intro class:
- An explanation of “What is CrossFit?”
- A breakdown of how a typical class flows at CFC.
- A quick warmup followed by instruction on high quality, safe movement.
- A short, challenging CrossFit workout.
- An opportunity to have all your questions answered.

A note about OnRamp classes…
At CFC, we don’t require a Foundations/OnRamp/Basics class before you can participate in a regular class. The functional movements we use in our workouts are the basic, universal movements of life. We fully believe in our Coaches’ ability to teach you these movements in a gradual, properly scaled fashion. Stay humble, keep the barbell light, learn new skills, ask lots of questions, and build your foundation as you go!
