 We’re glad the snow ☃️ held off long enough for us to get in our @romwod session with Coach @sevenbasics last night! Remember, an increased range of motion can help with efficiency of everyday functional movements, which are also used in #CrossFit. #swoleandflexy #romwodandchill  Today, we take on the 2nd #benchmark of 2018- #Isabel. Tips to keep in mind: 1. ‍♂️ Don’t sacrifice form for speed. 2. ⌚️ There’s nothing wrong with scaling. Aim to fall under the 8 minute time cap. 3. Try to use a moderate speed for the first 10-20 reps, then sprint through the last 10. 4.  Oh yeah, believe in yourself. You’ve got this! More tips on our #Facebook page.
