Monday, May 29th at 10am is our FOURTH annual Memorial Day "Murph"! We'll honor the service and sacrifice of our veterans by struggling together through the Hero WOD dedicated to LT. Michael P. Murphy. If you've never done this Hero WOD, come get your first taste... it's something you'll not soon forget.

There will be multiple scaling options and a time cap, so whether you've been CrossFitting for 3 weeks or 3 years, you'll walk away sweaty but smiling. All are welcome, so feel free to bring a friend!

“Murph”

For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pullups
200 Pushups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

*Partition the pullups, pushups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run.

For beginners:

"Mini Murph"

800m Run
50 Pullups
100 Pushups
150 Squats
800m Run

If you want to play with a buddy:

"Partner Murph"

1200m Weighted Partner Run (+25/+15)
20 Rounds of Cindy (alternating)
1200m Weighted Partner Run
