“Tabata Something Else”

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest where:
• the first 8 intervals are Pullups,
• the second 8 are Pushups,
• the third 8 intervals are Situps,
• the last 8 intervals are Squats.

There is no rest between exercises. Score total reps.

Compare today’s result to 8/15/16. We will retest this Benchmark WOD on 11/28/17.
