Hey there! Coach Steve here. I hope you’ve had an amazing summer, and I hope you’re looking forward to the fall as much as I am. The change of season is just around the corner, and for a lot of us it’s time to say goodbye to vacation mode and get back to the grind. On that note, it’s also time to take your CrossFit training to the next level. I’m pumped to announce a brand new top shelf offering for our members!
Our athletes approach me all the time and make the comment that they would like to really focus on a certain aspect of their fitness:
Some want to get their first unassisted pullup.
Some want to finally conquer double unders.
Some want to master the dreaded overhead squat.

And some share that they struggle with making good nutritional choices, and it holds back their progress.

If you attend our classes on a regular basis, you probably have a good handle on the first two; Now it’s time to add the personalized coaching, guidance, and long-term accountability.
Introducing CFC Rx+
Rx+ is the highest level of membership here at CFC, and it’s an optional add-on to your standard membership. This package includes a monthly 60 minute private session with your favorite CFC coach. During these sessions, YOU get to choose what to focus on:
- If you want to become a better performer in the gym – Choose a skill or benchmark workout, work with your coach to set a goal and make a plan for how to achieve it.
- If you need help with accountability and staying consistent with your training – Discuss your struggles with your coach and create a personalized approach for making exercise a part of your weekly routine.
- If you need help with diet/nutrition – We can take an honest look at your food habits, help you develop a high level approach for changing those habits, and then help you create discipline and consistency in making the right choices.
- If your goal is to improve body composition and shed body fat (aka “get toned/shredded/ripped”) – Your session can include an InBody test so we can benchmark your numbers each month and see the results of your hard work.
- If your goal isn’t on this list – We can help you with that too! These sessions are YOURS, not ours.
When each new month rolls around, you’ll book your session for that month and check in with your coach… check progress, adjust your plan, change your goal, take a break and attack something new… whatever you decide. You’re the boss.
Rx+ is also really flexible, so even really busy people can benefit. If you have a hectic month and can’t get your session done, no worries; your unbooked session will roll forward, giving you two bookings the next month.
As always here at CFC, if you ever decide you aren’t enjoying these personalized sessions and want to cancel, there are no hoops to jump through. Just shoot me a message and I’ll cancel your Rx+ add-on, leaving you with your standard membership. Easy peasy.
Cost? Only $75/month. Our rates for private sessions start at $85/hour, so you’re getting a win as soon as you book your first session.
IMPORTANT: As soon as you’re signed up, I’ll send you the link to book your session for the month. The sooner you sign up, the better the availability on the appointment calendar. If you delay, the most convenient dates/times could get booked up by someone else.
