Logging your workout results and tracking your progress is a HUGE part of your CrossFit journey. To make this easy and fun, we partner with SugarWOD. It combines the best community features of a social media app with the workout tracking tools you need to monitor your progress toward your fitness goals. Best of all, it’s a free app for your phone. Whether you’re a new CFC athlete or a veteran, get rolling with SugarWOD and log everything you do in the gym!
Follow these simple steps to get started with SugarWOD:
2. Create your account
Fire up the app, create your free account, and select CrossFit Chamblee as your gym to join our feed (text Steve if you don't have the password). Once you do this, you’ll be able to see today's workout. It will also give you an optional notification every evening showing you what the next day’s workout is!
3. Start logging!
Do your best to save your workout scores in SugarWOD every time you come to the gym. That way, you'll be able to see your progress as you look back through your workout history. You can even add workouts you do on your own or at other gyms!
