Logging your workout results and tracking your progress is a HUGE part of your CrossFit journey. To make this easy and fun, we partner with SugarWOD. It combines the best community features of a social media app with the workout tracking tools we need. Best of all, it’s a free app for your phone. Whether you’re a new CFC athlete or a veteran, get rolling with SugarWOD and log everything you do in the gym!
2. Create an account.
Start up the app, register to create your free account, and select CrossFit Chamblee as your gym to join our feed. Once you do this, you’ll be able to see our entire workout history. You’ll also get a daily notification telling you what the next day’s workout is.
3. Start logging!
Do your best to log your results for every workout you do. Over time, you’ll be able to see how far you’ve come. You can even add workouts you do on your own or at other gyms!
